Doofinder in Madrid, Spain, is hiring multilingual Account Executives to join our growing international sales team in a hybrid environment. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build strong client relationships, and present tailored solutions to multilingual customers.

We seek language-savvy sales professionals with 1–6 years of B2B experience, comfortable with cold calling, and able to meet KPIs.

Competenze

• 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales (accounts, SDR/BDR) and a track record in meeting sales targets.
• C1–C2 proficiency in one of the target languages (German, Dutch, Polish, Czech, or English with a US accent).
• Experience in roles such as Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Outbound Sales, or similar.
