Synergy Construction in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Tender Engineer to join our growing team. You will review project requirements, costings, and supplier offers to ensure competitive bids for diverse construction projects.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or Architecture background with 4+ years in Technical Office or Tender roles, strong analytical abilities, and excellent Spanish and English communication. Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD is required.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a university.
• At least 4 years of experience in Technical Office or Tender Department.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Review project requirements, technical specifications and drawings, obtain necessary details.
• Review construction plans and prepare quantity surveys or check quantities.
• Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders (materials, quantities, labour, time).
• Find suppliers and obtain offers and information for tenders.
• Compare offers from suppliers, create comparison charts, archive records.
• Price/forecast costs of components needed for a project.
• Prepare preliminary work schedules for tenders.
