Hack in Hire is seeking a Cybersecurity Support Technician in Madrid to administer, support and operate cybersecurity platforms protecting client infrastructure. You will work across endpoint, access control, proxy, and network security solutions and participate in incident management and response.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of administration/operation experience in cybersecurity, with certifications in the listed technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's/University degree in STEM field or Higher Technician qualification
• Minimum 3 years of admin/ops experience with cybersecurity platforms
• Experience with endpoint security (Palo Alto Cortex preferred)
• Experience with PAM solutions (Sealpath)
• Experience with proxy solutions
• Experience with NAC solutions
• Experience in security incident management and response

Responsabilidades

• Administer, support and operate cybersecurity platforms that protect client infrastructure.
• Work across endpoint, access control, proxy, and network security solutions.
• Participate in security incident management and response cycle.
