Private Debt Mobilization (PDM) is looking for a Corporate & Commercial Real Estate VP based out of Madrid. The Corporate & Commercial Real Estate team is in the analysis of underwriting and/or value-added opportunities across numerous sectors but not limited to Corporate and CRE. Within the role, you will have to liaise directly with the Corporate Loan Origination, CRE Loan Origination and Principal & Capital Finance teams across Europe on the deal structuring, pricing and distribution strategy of financing opportunities as well as managing underwriting, syndication and sell down processes both in primary and secondary in coordination with the Loan Sales and Market Sales teams and with the rest of the PDM teams with regards to other de‑risking solutions (included but not limited to CLO, TRS, Loan-on-Loan solutions, principal financing, PCI, portfolio sales). The role includes attending meetings with clients and investors, participating on credit and underwriting applications and commercial presentations to internal and external clients, providing information on investor capacity, pricing, comparable transactions and analysis on new technologies.

Relevant experience in CRE (Loan Origination and/or Syndicate or CRE Debt Advisory) (Required)
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields (Required) Postgraduate studies (MBA or equivalent) considered a plus. (Preferred)
Fluent in English and Spanish. (Required)
Proficient with Excel and Powerpoint. Communication and organizational skills. Proactivity and creativity. Ability to take initiatives and propose solutions High degree of commitment in a very demanding environment.
