Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is seeking a Senior Vice President Trade Receivables Securitisation based out of Boadilla (Madrid). You will structure and execute securitizations of trade receivables globally and coordinate origination across countries, working with risk and legal teams.

The role requires six years in trade receivables analysis, strong modeling, and knowledge of banking regulation; English is required, Spanish plus another language valued.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (6 years) in trade receivables portfolio analysis and securitization with documented structuring track record.
• Knowledge of other trade finance products (Payables/ ECA/ Documentary Trade/ Inventory) desirable.
• English required; knowledge of Spanish and a third language valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with origination of transactions across countries.
• Structuring and execution of securitizations of trade receivables deals across geographies.
• Support approval with risk, negotiate legal documentation with stakeholders and brokers.
• Syndication of trade finance assets to buy-side investors.
• Develop new products related to trade receivables.
