Nadara is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of wind farms and solar plants in the Madrid region. You will manage contractors, enforce HSQE standards, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while promoting safety and efficiency.

You will work closely with the Asset Management team to monitor performance, produce monthly reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives within an international renewables company.

Formación

• Experience managing onshore wind farms (2–5 years).
• Knowledge of HSQE practices and safety standards.
• Strong coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
• Experience with PV plants is a plus.
• Educational background in mechanical, electrical or civil construction.
• Proven project management skills and ability to work on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe and optimal performance of renewable assets.
• Manage contractors to meet time, quality and cost targets.
• Ensure HSQE standards across wind farms in the area.
• Coordinate in procurement and ensure governance against contracts.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and support performance improvements.
• Be part of on-call rota and respond outside regular hours.
