Nadara is seeking a Site Manager in Madrid to oversee the safe and optimal performance of wind farms and PV plants across the designated area. You will manage contractors, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintain HSQE standards to protect people and assets.

The role requires 2-5 years of renewables experience, strong contractor management, and the ability to be on-site around 80% of the time. Residence near Palencia/Valladolid is noted as beneficial.

Formación

• Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil construction.
• Min 2–5 years experience in the Renewables Industry.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Strong experience in managing contractors and HSQE topics.
• Able to be on site around 80% of the time.
• Residence near the wind farms (Palencia / Valladolid) is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HSQE compliance and safety on site across wind and PV assets.
• Manage contractor performance and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Deliver works on site within defined budgets and timelines.
• Prepare monthly reports and contribute to business cases.
• Identify risks and drive improvements to asset performance.
• Collaborate on procurement and on-site project management.
