Nadara is seeking a Site Manager for the Ampudia area in Madrid to oversee the operation and maintenance of wind farms and solar plants. You will manage contractors, ensure safety, and drive profitability within defined budgets while upholding high standards of quality and environmental care.

The role requires strong HSQE experience, excellent scheduling, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams on-site.

Formación

• Experience in managing contractors and HSQE topics.
• Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil construction.
• Strong scheduling and planning skills for timely task completion.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe and optimal performance of wind and solar assets.
• Manage contractors to execute maintenance within time, quality and cost targets.
• Ensure HSQE compliance and on-site safety.
• Lead on-site budgeting and procurement alignment with company standards.
• Produce monthly site performance and asset management reports.
