Formación

  • Estudios en Ingeniería Industrial, Energías Renovables o similares.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés; otros idiomas son un plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la planificación y ejecución de proyectos fotovoltaicos.
  • Supervisar todas las etapas del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos.
  • Preparar informes técnicos y financieros sobre el estado del proyecto.

Job Description Summary:

As a member of the Technical Advisory Department, the Project Manager will be part of the Construction team, with the objective of providing services globally from the offices in Madrid, Spain.
His/her main function will be to lead and comprehensively manage projects for the implementation of photovoltaic and wind power systems. Responsibilities include the planning, supervision, execution and completion of these projects, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, as well as established deadlines and budgets. In addition, you will act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors and technical teams, ensuring client satisfaction and efficiency in project execution.

Job Description:

Lead the planning, execution and closure of photovoltaic projects, covering all phases from inception to final delivery.
- Conduct feasibility analyses, participating in technical and economic studies to assess the feasibility of new renewable energy projects.
- Supervise all stages of the project, ensuring compliance with established milestones, schedules, budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams (suppliers, contractors and clients) to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution.
- Control costs and prepare detailed budgets, ensuring that the project remains within allocated resources.
- Identify and manage risks, proposing proactive solutions to avoid deviations in time and budget.
- Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations applicable to renewable energy projects.
- Prepare technical, financial and monitoring reports on the status of the project, addressed to both management and the client.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adequate coordination between the different departments involved.

Required Studies:
Studies in Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energies, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages such as Italian/Portuguese/French would be an asset).
Knowledge of Autocad, PVSyst, PVcase is a plus.
