As part of the Technical Advisory team, the candidate will be part of the engineering team with the ability to provide services worldwide. The position will be based in Madrid (Spain), with occasional travel to projects and/or factories.
The main activity will consist of performing detailed electrical engineering reviews for projects under construction, feasibility studies, and technical assessments of renewable energy projects worldwide, including solar photovoltaic plants, battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind farms, and hybrid renewable energy projects. The candidate will also be involved in the management of tendering processes, preparation of technical specifications, technical and commercial evaluation of bids, and the selection of contractors and suppliers. In addition, the role will include providing technical advisory services throughout the different phases of project development, construction and operation, as well as technical support related to various contractual frameworks, including EPC, BoP, supply, O&M and other project-related agreements. In addition, you will occasionally carry out engineering designs and support the team of consultants during electrical TDD services. Ongoing support will also be provided to the site team.
