Are you a dynamic problem solver who thrives on building things from scratch? In this role you will help design, build and run Monzo’s European payments capabilities as we expand across Europe. You’ll be setting up and managing a multitude of partnerships, leading complex implementation projects, building operational processes that are fit to scale globally, and working closely with product and engineering teams across Payments and EU teams. You will own our Payments Product Operations in Spain, but will support Monzo’s expansion efforts into new markets.
A salary range of €53,400 - €65,000 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance.
This role will have a hybrid working model, based in our Madrid office 2 - 3 days a week. You may also be required to travel to some of our other locations/offices, such as Barcelona and Dublin.
We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team.
Annual Leave - 38 days including public holidays.
