WW Talents in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an English-speaking Account Executive to join an international commercial team based in Madrid. This role targets high-volume B2B sales, outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, trials and close of deals, with base salary and uncapped commissions.

The role is initially onsite for 5 months, then hybrid, with mandatory residency in Spain and no relocation offered. You’ll drive new business from first conversation through to paid subscriptions and

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual English required.
• 1–6 years of experience in sales or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the end-to-end new business sales process.
• Identify and approach prospective customers via outbound outreach.
• Conduct a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
• Present the product and demonstrate value to clients.
• Support prospects through their free trial period.
• Turn opportunities and trials into paid subscriptions and grow MRR.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and hit targets.
