WW Talents in Madrid, Spain, seeks an English-speaking Account Executive to drive the full B2B sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to closing paying subscriptions. You will help expand the business in a multicultural, performance-driven environment with uncapped commissions.

The role is initially onsite for five months, then shifts to a hybrid setup with occasional office attendance. Applicants must be based in Spain with legal work authorization; relocation is not provided.

Formación

• Native-level or bilingual English.
• Based in Spain with full right to work.
• 1–6 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in AE/BD/SDR or high-volume sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end new business sales process.
• Identify and approach prospective customers via outbound outreach.
• Make a high volume of calls and qualify prospects.
• Present the product and demonstrate value to clients.
• Close deals and transition to Customer Experience team.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet targets.
