ConSol Partners in Spain seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 / Entra ID Engineer to lead administration, optimisation and governance of Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Entra ID. You will work with the Digital Services and Messaging team to deliver enterprise-scale solutions and ensure security and compliance across services.

The role requires strong scripting in PowerShell and Graph, excellent English, and experience with migrations and on-call support.

Competenze

• 4+ years' experience managing large-scale, multi-site messaging and identity environments.
• 1+ year of experience working directly with customers on Microsoft Cloud and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Defender and Purview.
• Extensive experience with Entra ID in complex enterprise environments, incl. governance, SSO, MFA and app registration.
• Strong scripting experience with PowerShell and Graph, to automate processes across Entra ID and 365 services.
• Experience with migrations from on-premises to Microsoft 365 or tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Manage and administer the global Microsoft 365 tenant and its services.
• Configure M365 and Entra ID policies in line with governance and best practices.
• Administer Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Defender and Purview.
• Manage Entra ID objects: users, guests, groups, roles, apps, licences.
• Oversee email routing, anti-spam and mail relay controls.
• Configure retention and compliance policies including Advanced eDiscovery.
• Support data recovery and troubleshoot messaging/compliance issues.
• Perform advanced message tracing and diagnose mail flow issues.
• Maintain identity security controls: Defender for Identity, SSO, MFA, CA and RBAC.
• Implement Entra ID Identity Governance capabilities (Entitlement, PIM, Access Reviews).
• Provide end-user support including remote users; participate in on-call rota.
• Undertake additional M365, messaging and identity activities as required.
