Zoi is expanding its European teams to help enterprise customers adopt and leverage Microsoft 365, Copilot, and next-generation AI. You will drive end-to-end Copilot rollouts, translate business challenges into technical specs, and act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales and delivery across global stakeholders.

In this role you will manage backlogs, security, and permissions while collaborating with cross-functional experts to integrate AI agents with complex systems.

Formación

• Microsoft 365 Administration experience managing enterprise tenants.
• Experience in project management and leading enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong interest in generative AI tools and Copilot readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead End-to-End Projects: drive large-scale M365 Copilot rollouts and service transformations within Agile environments.
• Translate business challenges into technical specs and architectural decisions for AI adoption.
• Act as primary technical advisor during pre-sales and delivery, showcasing Copilot features to global stakeholders.
• Manage technical backlog including tenant administration, security and permissions, and drive rollout communications.
• Collaborate with Cloud Native, Full Stack, and AI experts to integrate Copilot Studio and Power Automate with complex enterprise systems.
