Silverlink Technologies is seeking a senior AI platform leader to drive international initiatives across Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI services. You will architect and implement AI agent solutions, govern security and compliance, and coordinate across global teams and external vendors.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management in international and multicultural settings.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot cowork, and related services.
• Deep understanding of agentic and generative AI, AI-agent architecture, governance and lifecycle management.
• Ability to design and develop both low-code and custom AI agents and integrate with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams and enterprise apps.
• Experience across solution architecture, hands-on development, platform administration, governance and 2nd/3rd line support.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI security, compliance, access control, monitoring and responsible AI practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills; translate business needs into technical solutions.

This role is open to hire for PR holders & EU nationals only, due to time constraints.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in international and multi-cultural settings at the global and regional level.

Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot cowork, Microsoft Agent 365, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Dataverse, and related Microsoft 365 services.

Strong understanding of agentic AI, generative AI, AI-agent architecture, orchestration, governance, and lifecycle management.

Ability to vibe code, design and develop both low-code and custom AI agents and integrate them with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise applications.

Demonstrated versatility and ability to operate across multiple technical roles as required, including solution architecture, hands-on development, platform administration, governance, and second- and third-line operational support.

Sound knowledge of enterprise AI security, compliance, access control, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex platform, integration, configuration, and performance issues.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
