Silverlink Technologies is seeking a senior AI platform leader to drive international initiatives across Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI services. You will architect and implement AI agent solutions, govern security and compliance, and coordinate across global teams and external vendors.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership and team management in international and multicultural settings.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot cowork, and related services.
• Deep understanding of agentic and generative AI, AI-agent architecture, governance and lifecycle management.
• Ability to design and develop both low-code and custom AI agents and integrate with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams and enterprise apps.
• Experience across solution architecture, hands-on development, platform administration, governance and 2nd/3rd line support.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI security, compliance, access control, monitoring and responsible AI practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills; translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international teams and coordinate across regions to deliver AI platform solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical designs and drive implementation with technical and business/users teams.
• Oversee governance, security and compliance for enterprise AI deployments and integrations.
• Support and guide 2nd/3rd line operations and platform administration.
• Act as a bridge between vendors, business users and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
