TECDATA ENGINEERING busca un/a Consultor/a Senior de Microsoft AI / Copilot para liderar la adopción de IA, integración con Copilot Studio y Microsoft 365 Copilot en la empresa, y guiar proyectos estratégicos de IA en colaboración con equipos de negocio y TI.

El candidato ideal combinará experiencia técnica en diseño y desarrollo de agentes, gobernanza de IA, seguridad y gestión de entornos, además de capacidad para apoyar usuarios y promover la adopción de tecnologías de IA de Microsoft en

Formación

• Experiencia demostrable con Microsoft Copilot Chat, 365 Copilot y Copilot Studio.
• Capacidad para diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar agentes de IA.
• Conocimiento de gobernanza de IA, seguridad y licencias.
• Habilidad para interpretar requerimientos de negocio y traducirlos en soluciones de IA.
• Experiencia en soporte a usuarios y formación de equipos.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y mantener agentes de IA con Copilot Studio.
• Actuar como SME para Copilot y Power Platform.
• Gobernanza, seguridad, licencias y gestión de entornos.
• Soportar a usuarios en creación, despliegue y optimización de agentes.
• Colaborar con equipos de negocio y tecnología para impulsar casos de uso de IA.
• Proporcionar soporte funcional y técnico relacionado con Copilot y Power Platform.

Buscamos un Microsoft AI / Copilot Consultant – Copilot Studio & Microsoft 365 Copilot

Job Description: Role Summary

We are seeking a senior professional with deep expertise across the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical and functional knowledge in AI adoption, agent development, platform governance, and environment management. This role will be responsible for driving AI adoption, supporting business users, and enabling the effective use of Microsoft AI technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
• Provide guidance on governance, administration, security, licensing, and environment management across the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Support business users in the creation, deployment, and optimization of agents and copilots.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and implement AI-powered use cases.
• Provide functional and technical support related to Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
• Contribute to the definition of AI governance and adoption strategies.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft AI governance, security, licensing, compliance, and environment management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Power Platform, including:
• o Power Apps
• o Power Automate
• o Dataverse
• Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI design.
• User support, enablement, and training for agent creation and adoption.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into AI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 extensibility.
• Understanding of enterprise AI adoption and change management initiatives.

Languages

• Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency.
• English: Minimum B2 level (spoken and written).

Tareas a realizar: Adopción de la plataforma de Copilot Chat y CopilotStudio en las distintas regiones y negocio del banco. Desarrollo de agentes con copilot y copilot studio. Soporte a la migración de agentes entre plataformas.
