Keysight Design Engineering Software (DES) seeks an entrepreneurial professional to drive M&A efforts with a business-minded approach. You will build a pipeline of strategic targets and support opportunities through diligence, while aligning with DES strategy and senior leadership to develop viable business models and cases.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and managing a pipeline of strategic and technology acquisition targets.
• Evaluating potential opportunities and supporting them throughout the M&A process.
• Defining acquisition criteria and working with business units to understand their strategic and technology needs.
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to assess and support diligence efforts for prospects, as well as shape the opportunities to support the DES business level strategy.
• Working with senior leadership to develop business models and present business cases.
• Driving market and business intelligence efforts to identify industry trends and opportunities that can support M&A activities.
