Grup Montaner in Sant Pere de Ribes (Barcelona) is hiring a Booking Manager to handle villa rental enquiries, convert leads into bookings and deliver a premium guest journey for international guests. You will manage enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms, build relationships with VIP clients, and coordinate with internal teams to maximise occupancy and revenue while maintaining accurate records.

Native or bilingual English and Spanish are essential.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hospitality, villa rentals, events or premium sales.
• Native or bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Manage enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proactive follow-up.
• Upsell additional services and tailored guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate booking records, contracts and client information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
