Grup Montaner in Sant Pere de Ribes, near Barcelona, seeks a commercially driven Booking Manager to handle villa rental enquiries, convert them into bookings and guide guests from first contact to completion.

Role focuses on building relationships with international VIP clients, upselling services, and coordinating with internal teams for a premium guest journey. Salary is €30,000–€35,000 gross yearly plus revenue-based commission, with a 9:00–18:00 schedule and one remote day weekly.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hospitality or villa rentals preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
