Christian Dior Couture in Madrid is seeking a Sales Assistant on a formative contract to support the brand’s store growth and deliver outstanding customer service. As a Dior Ambassador, you will contribute to achieving sales targets while representing the brand values and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

The role requires 1–2 years’ experience in fashion or luxury retail and fluency in English. Proficiency with Office 365 and basic digital tools is preferred.

Formación

• Preferred experience of 1/2 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
• Knowledge of selling techniques.
• English is mandatory.
• Office 365 and other basic knowledge of digital software.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales objectives through effective use of sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and storytelling to engage clients.
• Understand KPIs and daily objectives to drive performance.
• Develop local and international client books and clienteling.
