Christian Dior Couture in Madrid is seeking an Intern Sales Assistant to learn and contribute to exceptional customer care and service standards.

You will support the Store Manager and boutique team in maintaining a welcoming, client-focused environment while developing product knowledge and client books for local and international clients. Strong English plus other languages are a plus, with fashion education preferred.

Formación

• Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
• University education or a Fashion school degree.
• English (C1-C2) + other languages are a plus.
• Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software.

Responsabilidades

• Grow your career as a Sales Assistant Intern; support the Store Manager and boutique team.
• Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI.
• Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
• Assist in developing local and international Client Book and recruit top clients.
• Learn stories of our product and engage clients with product knowledge.
• Back-office activity with delivery preparation and packaging elements.
