Christian Dior Couture in Puerto Banús is seeking a Sales Associate to join our exceptional team.

As a Dior Ambassador, the Sales Associate is responsible for contributing to the brand’s sales growth within the store, representing the brand’s values, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements include at least 5 years in fashion and luxury boutiques, knowledge of the products and selling techniques, university or fashion school education, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
• Knowledge of products and selling techniques.
• University education or fashion school degree.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
• Demonstrate product expertise and storytelling to clients.
• Know daily objectives and KPIs.
• Identify customer expectations and advise on products as well as add-on sales.
• Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile.
• Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling.
