The Agency Marbella is seeking an experienced Office & Operations Manager in Marbella to oversee day-to-day administration, listings management, and internal systems, working closely with the Managing Partner and sales agents.

The role requires ownership, independence, and the ability to handle multiple priorities, with hands-on experience using Inmobalia and Resales Online; fluent English and Spanish are essential, and a professional, confidential approach is expected.

Formación

• Previous hands-on experience with Inmobalia and Resales Online.
• Experience in Marbella or Costa del Sol real estate agency.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong CRM competence and familiarity with property portals and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Managing day-to-day administration and operations of the Marbella office.
• Supporting the Managing Partner and sales agents with administrative and operational matters.
• Managing property listings through Inmobalia and Resales Online.
• Uploading new properties with accurate information, photographs and pricing.
• Managing and updating listings across property portals and internal systems.
• Maintaining accurate client, property and contact information within our CRM.
• Handling incoming enquiries and following up on leads.
• Coordinating onboarding for new agents and system access.
