GR8 Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent in Marbella to autonomously manage a client portfolio and close luxury property deals across the Costa del Sol. You will develop relationships with buyers and sellers, qualify opportunities, conduct viewings and guide clients through the transaction process.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, fluent English, and knowledge of the local market.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of proven real estate sales experience.
• Experience in Marbella/Costa del Sol market is highly valued.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
• Registered as autónomo in Spain or willing to register.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own client portfolio.
• Comfortable working on a commission-based basis.
• Fluent English required; Spanish and additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades
