Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.
• Additional training in leadership, business management or finance is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ management experience within premium nightlife venues.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and managing nightlife operations.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring seamless execution across all services and events.
• Oversee operational teams to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, operating costs and P&L performance.
• Drive revenue generation and maximise commercial performance including VIP sales.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team; coach and provide feedback.
• Coordinate events with DJs, artists and promoters to deliver unique experiences.
