Majorica is seeking a Client Advisor for a temporary pop-up in Cataluña. You will deliver an elevated client experience, share the brand story, and build relationships with local and international clients.

You will contribute to sales targets, maintain premium presentation, and adapt quickly to a dynamic retail space. Fluent Spanish and English are required; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Strong sensitivity towards fashion, jewelry, design or aesthetics.
• Natural and confident communication skills.
• Client-centric mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and temporary retail environment.
• Team player attitude with a positive and flexible mindset.
• Fluent Spanish and English required. Additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience.
• Build strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Communicate the story of the brand, our heritage and product universe with confidence and authenticity.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Develop client relationships through personalized follow-up and clienteling actions.
• Ensure product presentation, visual merchandising and store standards are maintained at all times.
• Adapt quickly to a dynamic Pop Up environment and changing client needs.
• Collaborate proactively with the team and support the overall performance of the space.
• Maintain a professional, polished and client-oriented presence at all times.
