You will coach and develop the team, ensure flawless client experiences and storytelling, and collaborate with store partners to maintain visual standards and accurate stock management in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience managing teams in premium or luxury retail.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales, productivity and KPI achievement.
• Coach the team on sales techniques and service standards.
• Maintain premium client experience and brand storytelling.
