Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter to join the Food & Beverage Team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional in-room dining service with precision, warmth, and efficiency, while upholding Mandarin Oriental standards.

The successful candidate will understand the menu, coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues, and ensure guest satisfaction through thoughtful, professional service and attention to detail.

Formación

• Previous experience in in-room dining, food & beverage service, or similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or similar is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the in-room dining menu and be able to explain items to guests.
• Prepare mise en place for each shift and organize service equipment.
• Take and deliver guest orders accurately and politely.
• Maintain in-room dining equipment and ensure timely, quality presentation.
• Assist with stock, linen, beverages and other items as needed.
