Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is seeking a Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will craft and serve cocktails, wines, and beverages with a focus on personalized guest service in a luxury setting.

We require a Hospitality Management degree and 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality. Strong communication, teamwork, and POS skills are essential for daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Hold a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages and maintain bar area.
• Deliver personalized, friendly service and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain bar mise en place and inventory; ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Operate POS and assist cashiering tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with managers and team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
