Caviar Careers seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead a large team at a prestigious luxury resort in Sharjah, UAE. The role focuses on maintaining immaculate standards, overseeing staffing and training, and controlling costs to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

EU/UK passport preferred; relocation and work visa are arranged by the client. The position requires strong leadership, fluent English, and proven experience in European luxury hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management or related field.
• EU and UK Passport preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full housekeeping department
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times
• Conduct daily inspections and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with luxury standards
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems, procedures, and service standards
• Manage departmental budget, cost control, and forecasting
• Control inventory of linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies
• Coordinate procurement and supplier management with relevant departments
• Ensure maintenance issues are reported and followed up efficiently
• Oversee pest control and deep cleaning programmes
• Implement on-the-job training and continuous staff development
• Prepare operational reports for senior management
• Resolve operational issues and complaints promptly
• Drive efficiency improvements and operational best practices
