The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is seeking a Cost Controller to drive financial planning, monitoring, and control for the resort. You will analyze data, support budgets and forecasts, and work with the Finance team to ensure profitability and compliance with standards.

Competenze

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in finance, cost control, accounting, or similar roles, preferably in hospitality or international organizations.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, auditing, and reporting.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication of financial information to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative approach with cross-department teams.
