• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner upon arrival and departure from the resort.
• Assist with the transportation, loading, and unloading of luggage while ensuring the proper care and handling of guests' belongings.
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about the resort's facilities, services, and available experiences.
• Manage luggage storage, delivery, and retrieval in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to guest requests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
• Provide general information about the hotel, services, restaurants, activities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
• Handle the delivery of messages, packages, mail, and other items according to company standards.
• Maintain assigned work areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
• Ensure luggage carts and other work equipment are maintained and in proper working order.
• Respond promptly and effectively to requests for assistance from guests and colleagues.
• Assist with managing guest and vehicle traffic flow when required.
• Comply with The Ritz-Carlton's service, safety, and quality standards.
• Protect the confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Report any accidents, injuries, incidents, or unsafe working conditions in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with other resort departments.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations by delivering exceptional service.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors or management.

What we're looking for in you...

• High School Diploma, Secondary Education Certificate, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or service-related positions is preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and multicultural team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude.
• Good physical condition and ability to handle and transport luggage.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Valid work permit for Spain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in five-star hotels, luxury resorts, or international hospitality brands.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards and personalized guest experiences.
• Education or training in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Knowledge of the local destination and key tourist attractions.
• Previous experience working in international and multicultural environments.
