Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Barcelona is seeking a Guest Services Associate to respond to guest questions and follow up to ensure requests are met. You will take and confirm reservations, provide information on property amenities, services, and local attractions, and coordinate special arrangements for guests.

Located on-site at Marina 19-21, Barcelona, this role supports seamless guest experiences and collaboration across departments to uphold The Ritz-Carlton standards and ensure exceptional service

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions from guests and follow up to ensure requests are met.
• Take and confirm reservations and cancellations.
• Provide information on property amenities, services, room features and local areas of interest.
• Coordinate special arrangements or services for guests (e.g., spa, transportation, babysitting, business center).
• Collaborate with management to improve department performance and ensure tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
