Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is seeking a Group Sales Manager to lead group business development from Madrid and international markets. Based in the Sales Department, the role requires luxury hospitality experience, strong client relationships, and mastery of Salesforce, Power BI and Delphi.

Qualifications

University degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
Minimum 3 years of experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of the Groups segment and associated sales processes.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Drive group revenue targets and maximize conversion opportunities.
Develop and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets.
Strengthen relationships with agencies, corporations, and direct clients.
Coordinate with Sales, Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams to meet targets.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
Maintain contracts, negotiated rates, and commercial agreements.
