Fournais Mallorca is seeking a Group & Events Executive for its Mallorca hotels (Sa Coma, Son Valentí, and later Bunyolí). You will participate actively in sales processes and ensure successful event closings, coordinating with clients and hotel departments per management guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in 5‑star hotels, fluent English, strong Spanish, and excellent client‑facing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and a collaborative, organized mindset are essential.

Formación

• EU Citizenship & Studies suitable for the position are required.
• Skills: Customer care, organized, meticulous, adjustable, committed and creative.
• Result driven and fast learning capacity.
• Elegant grooming standards applicable to a luxury hotel brand.
• Fluent in English, strong level of Spanish, any other language will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience at least 2 years in 5-star hotels.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Strong level in Microsoft Office programs and computer savvy.

Responsabilidades

• Constantly gather, understand and apply knowledge of food, beverage, technical equipment and inter-departmental procedures to the sales and planning process with the client.
• Maintain up-to-date planning information and communication records for easy reference in the sales and planning process.
• Represent the collection in all telephone, written and personal contacts with potential, past and current clients with warm, professional yet friendly guest contact.
• Follow up all enquiries within 24 hours and trace and follow up all client files regularly.
• Prepare information-sharing to the client and other hotel departments precisely and thoroughly and update that information timely.
• Assume responsibility for all final preparations prior to the event and on the day of the event with the F&B Banqueting department team.
• Complete all reports on a timely basis as requested by the Director of Sales.
• Maintain orderly event files recording all vital information on proper departmental forms.
• Assist other sales team members with overall team efforts to secure business and to produce all events to meet client wishes.
