CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Sales Manager to drive business performance in a flagship boutique, elevate client experience and lead a team of Fashion Advisors. You will blend brand understanding with strong people leadership to ensure excellence in client interactions.

You will monitor boutique results, analyze key indicators, coach the team, and translate objectives into clear goals. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English and a passion for delivering personalised service in luxury

Formación

• Luxury retail experience in fashion (preferred).
• Strong client experience and service excellence.
• Ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Experience in developing and coaching teams.
• Ability to navigate diverse situations with professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor boutique results and analyse indicators to identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Support the execution of Chanel's strategy and commercial priorities within the boutique.
• Develop and coach the team, providing regular feedback and growth support.
• Lead development conversations and set clear individual goals for progression.
• Translate business objectives into actionable targets and foster ownership across the team.
• Lead by example on the boutique floor, delivering a highly personalised client experience.
• Act as a Chanel ambassador and embody the brand values in daily interactions.
