LOEWE, founded in 1846, invites you to join its Global Retail Academy in Madrid to support the rollout of a new mobile learning app for worldwide retail teams. You will create engaging digital training content on collections, products, brand culture and clienteling and help manage content translations and technical requests.

You will upload, test and maintain materials, analyze learning activity, and contribute to continuous improvement of the training ecosystem.

Formación

• Enrolled in a university or accredited business school and eligible to sign an internship agreement.
• Advanced English required; Spanish and French are a plus.
• Experience in digital training design and content development is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the transition and implementation of the new mobile learning app for retail teams.
• Create digital learning content covering collections, products, brand culture and clienteling.
• Upload, test and maintain training content on the platform.
• Support monthly reporting and analyze learning engagement metrics.
• Coordinate translations across languages and regions.
• Handle technical requests with the learning app provider.
