LOEWE is seeking an intern to join the Global Retail Academy in Madrid, supporting the transition to our new mobile learning app for retail teams worldwide. You will help create engaging digital training content covering collections, products, brand culture, and clienteling, and assist with content translations and analytics.

The role requires experience in digital training design, advanced English, and a passion for fashion and luxury.

Formación

Experience in digital training design in an international environment.
Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish and French are a plus.
Knowledge of innovative digital learning methods and tools.

Responsabilidades

Support the transition and implementation of the new mobile learning application for retail teams worldwide.
Create digital learning content covering collections, brand, retail excellence and clienteling.
Upload, test and maintain training content on the platform.
Support monthly reporting and analysis of learning engagement and performance metrics.
Coordinate translations across languages and regions.
Manage technical requests with the learning app provider.
Contribute to ongoing digital learning projects and training ecosystem improvements.
