Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Marbella is seeking a Sales Assistant Intern to join our boutique team. You will learn to deliver exceptional customer care and service quality, acting as an ambassador of the Maison.

The role focuses on supporting the Store Manager, building client relationships, and learning product stories. The ideal candidate has an interest in luxury retail, a fashion education or university degree, fluent English (C1-C2) and other languages are a plus, and basic knowledge of

Qualifications

Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
University education or a Fashion school degree.
English (C1-C2) + other languages are a plus.
Office 365 and other basic knowledge of digital software.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager and boutique team in sales activities.
Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPI.
Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, in person, over the phone and via e-communication.
Assist in developing local and international Client Books to recruit top clients.
Learn stories of our product and engage clients through product knowledge.
Back-office tasks including preparation of deliveries and packaging.
Maintain boutique order and display, ensure product exposition is well-presented.
