Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Retail Talent Acquisition Intern in Madrid to develop practical skills in a luxury goods environment. You will support recruitment for retail roles, participate in interviews, and help with offer drafting and onboarding activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR teams, language skills in Spanish and English, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. An internship lasting at least 6 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
• Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university for at least 6 months.
• Fluent Spanish and English; other languages a plus (French or Portuguese).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Talent attraction and acquisition of Retail talent by conducting telephone screenings, in-person interview and leading group dynamics.
• Managing communications with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Supporting the hiring process by drafting job offers and managing all contracting documentation.
• Supporting other HR projects including Onboarding, Training, Development, and other employee engagement programs.
