Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra Mallorca is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the main kitchen culinary team. You will oversee a specific kitchen section, ensure dishes meet the highest standards, and collaborate with senior chefs to develop menus.

The role requires 2–3 years in a high-volume kitchen, a culinary degree (preferred), and strong skills in cooking techniques, food safety, and teamwork, with opportunities for learning and career growth.

Formación

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, quality kitchen.
• Experience managing a specific section (grill, pastry, saucier) and training junior staff.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred; HACCP/food safety certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in your section and compliance with food safety.
