Foundever in Madrid is hiring for a Premium Automotive Project on a hybrid work model. This permanent, full-time role (39 hours/week) offers a gross €22,000–€23,600 annually, language bonus included, with fully paid initial training on-site in Madrid.

Start date ASAP, with a structured weekend availability bonus and a rotating schedule. Applicants should be native/bilingual in Spanish, have advanced English (C1+), and prior customer service experience.

Formación

• Native or bilingual Spanish
• English level at least C1
• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong customer orientation and digital skills
• Interest in luxury automotive sector
• Portuguese language is a plus
• Legal eligibility to work in Spain

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi-channel customer support aligned with luxury brand standards
• Manage customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently
• Deliver a premium customer experience across all interactions
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality, accuracy, and professionalism
