COREcruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Maître d'hôtel to deliver premium dining experiences across multiple venues and VIP events in Dubai, ensuring compliance with hospitality standards, food safety, and airport operational procedures.

You will lead front-of-house operations, oversee guest services, and supervise multicultural teams while coordinating cross-functional tasks to achieve seamless event execution and superior guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Food Safety and HACCP certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in luxury hospitality with 3 years in high-end standalone, luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants or luxury event catering.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of VIP, VVIP, and high-profile guest services and events to ensure exceptional hospitality and compliance with standards.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and guest flow across the dining area.
• Ensure premium hospitality standards and resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Supervise and develop multicultural teams; coordinate cross-functional operations with other service departments.
• Monitor adherence to food safety, hygiene, and operating standards.
• Develop and implement ideas to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Cross-train employees in fine dining service standards.
• Manage client communications for event planning, including menu customization, venue setup, and logistics.
