Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd represents a private members' club in Madrid seeking a Director of Hospitality & Events to own all club and hotel operations, guest experiences and the events calendar.

You will lead front-of-house, banqueting, and partnerships; develop commercial strategies across events, accommodation, dining and sponsorship; manage budgets, P&L, and a dedicated team to deliver memorable experiences while driving revenue.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field.
• 7–10+ years of senior experience in hotel management, private clubs, premium hospitality or events.
• Proven track record of organising high-end events and curated experiences.
• Genuine commercial mindset—you think in terms of sales, revenue and return.
• Budgets and P&L management skills.
• Full professional English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the property, never compromising on service standards.
• Build lasting loyalty among members and guests through a genuinely personal touch.
• Orchestrate front desk, dining, events, maintenance, housekeeping and external partners.
• Ensure full compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Craft and deliver an annual programme of events, experiences and activations for the group.
