The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is seeking a dedicated Steward to support daily F&B operations. You will maintain spotless dishwashing areas, ensure the proper handling of china, glassware, and kitchen utensils, and assist with deliveries and storage while upholding Ritz-Carlton gold standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and oversee proper use of dishwashing equipment and cleaning machinery.
• Clean, sort, and store china, glassware, silverware, and utensils.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards for items used during service.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing areas and workstations.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure availability of clean equipment.
• Handle waste and dispose of trash according to safety regulations.
• Report breakages, losses, or replacement needs.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and tools per safety standards.
