The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is seeking an Assistant Cook to join the kitchen team in a luxury resort environment. You will support food preparation, keep work areas organized, and assist chefs during service, contributing to high standards of guest experience.

We value a genuine interest in cooking, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work shifts. Prior Kitchen Assistant experience is desirable but not required, and Spain work authorization is needed.

Formación

• Experience as Kitchen Assistant is desirable but not essential.
• Genuine interest in cooking, hospitality and continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and organizing ingredients for production of dishes.
• Performing basic food preparation tasks following kitchen team instructions.
• Assisting chefs and cooks during food preparation and service.
• Keeping kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Supporting receipt, storage and preservation of food products.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and health-and-safety standards.
• Cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment and machinery.
• Contributing to efficient use of products and minimizing food waste.
• Maintaining a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
