Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Spa Manager to oversee daily Spa and fitness operations, ensuring top standards and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong product knowledge, team leadership, and adherence to hotel policies.

You will drive revenue through careful management of commissions, payroll, and monthly KPI reporting, while collaborating with Finance and Marketing on budgets and forecasts to maintain brand excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar luxury hospitality role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Spa and fitness areas to ensure top standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Spa and hotel policies, procedures and standards.
• Manage commissions reports, payroll, and month-end KPI reviews.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership on forecasts, budgets and stock levels for Spa revenue and costs.
