Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an Information Technology company looking for an LSS Engineer to provide onsite support at the Ericsson office in Malaga. You will diagnose, deploy and retire devices, support collaboration tools and ensure accurate IT asset records.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT support, a related degree or experience, and strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Travel to Seville is occasional; a permanent contract with competitive salary is offered.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Field Services or End User Computing.
• Experience supporting users in a corporate enterprise environment.
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and workplace technology.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and end-user issues.
• Set up, deploy, replace and retire devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Support meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment and collaboration tools.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and assist with inventory checks and audits.
• Coordinate escalations, hardware repairs and vendor interventions when required.
• Document incidents, requests and technical procedures, contributing to service improvement.

WHAT (TECHNOLOGIES/METHODOLOGIES/TOOLS) WILL YOU USE?

• Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Active Directory and identity management concepts.
• Microsoft Teams and collaboration platforms.
• IT Service Management tools.
• Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN.
• Device lifecycle and IT asset management processes.
• MacBook support and Microsoft Intune.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Field Services or End User Computing.
• Experience supporting users in a corporate enterprise environment.
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.

• Effective communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach and ability to collaborate with local and global technology teams.

WHERE AND WHEN?

• Workplace: Onsite at the Ericsson office in Malaga (Calle Severo Ochoa), with occasional planned travel to Seville.
• Work Schedule: 8x5.
